So we're counting down the days til Christmas. There are 10! Isn't it grand?! We have had a semi-relaxing week so far. Not much went on Monday or Tuesday and we had choir tonight. Tomorrow we have nothing to do and on Friday we're volunteering at the LSO (Lancaster Symphony Orchestra) again for their Sounds of the Season concert at Franklin & Marshall College. We get free tickets to the show for volunteering in the gift shop. I'm excited. On Saturday we have pretty much nothing besides possibly baking cookies and such. On Sunday, the church is having it's Christmas Pageant and guess what... I am playing flute! I haven't played in over 5 years, but thanks to Keith, I am finally able to play again.
So I'm not sure I told everyone, but I got hired at the Lancaster County Court House in the Prothonotary's office dealing with Custody cases. I start on Monday (the 20th). I am so excited. Tomorrow is supposed to be my last day at LRHA, however, if Fred hires someone I'll be working Friday also, but if not, I'm not going to and I'm going to stay home and bake cookies and such instead of doing it on Saturday.
Well then, Keith hasn't written in here in awhile, but maybe he will one of these days. I think he forgot about this... I shall have a word with him. HA.
I hope everyone has been able to go Christmas shopping and have been able to get what you want to get for everyone and have everything wrapped! Christmas is just around the corner. At any rate, I cannot wait until the new year either because Keith and I are going to join the Adamstown YMCA. It's $40/month for the both of us, as opposed to $80/month at Tim's in Lititz, if I were to join there. I'll utilize it VERY OFTEN! Well, I think I'm going to go sleep. Good night loyal readers.
